All Pro Security® (APS) was founded in 2006 by Bob Conner, then a police captain who saw a clear need for a higher-quality, more professional security company in Utah. APS quickly grew into one of the state’s most trusted security firms, earning the company multiple awards for excellence and innovation.
During APS’s early years, Bob’s leadership and dedication to excellence fueled rapid growth — including the strategic acquisition of two competing firms, which helped strengthen APS’s statewide presence and reputation for integrity, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction.
Over time, APS expanded beyond its core security guard services to include remote camera trailers and other advanced technologies, offering clients comprehensive security solutions tailored to their needs. The company also developed a Constable Division to provide legal process and serve as the leading court security services provider throughout Utah — now operating independently as Court Services of Utah, LLC.
In early 2024, Bob partnered with Northrim Horizon, a private equity firm based in Mesa, Arizona, to position APS for long-term growth and continued expansion into new markets, before officially retiring in early 2025. The company has since broadened its footprint, both within Utah and across the Pacific Northwest, through the acquisitions of OnSite Private Security and Fortified International.
Additionally, it has developed a National Accounts Division to provide its regional clients with a single-source for coordinating their security requirements across the country.
